I’m back from my trip to Maine! It was an eventful trip filled with visits from friends I have not seen in 20 years! First, I got to see my new niece….then a rehearsal dinner, a wedding and a 20 year class reunion with a friend from NY! It was so great to see all my friends and family in one visit! I really had a great time and miss the east coast, but it’s nice to be back in my own little world!
The one thing I did NOT do while away was workout! I walked a few times with my parents and the baby, but I missed my Body Back workouts. Now that I am back I am challenging myself! Here is my daily challenge:
150 squats
3 minutes of plank
120 lunges
30 sit-ups
30 push-ups
20 minutes of cardio/running
That’s not much, right? I mean it’s pretty easy if you break it up into 3 times a day! And I’ve gotten my kids and husband involved, so we will see how long we can keep it up! I think I’ll be ready for my Triathlon in October and am thinking of a half marathon in November…crazy thoughts, I know!
All this and I still found time to make my daughter a Rapunzel dress for an upcoming event!
